How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. Billing issues are prioritized and typically addressed within 24 hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Settings page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email privacy@sidequestdeals.com from the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 7 days.
Why isn't a deal showing correctly?
Deals are aggregated from public sources and may sometimes contain errors or become outdated. You can help by reporting expired or incorrect deals using the report button on any deal card.
Are you affiliated with game stores?
No, SideQuestDeals is an independent service. We are not affiliated with Steam, Epic Games, GOG, Humble Bundle, or any other game retailer. We simply aggregate publicly available deal information.
